Murky Data Add to China’s Housing Headache
Glut in China’s property market is worse than official data show, creating a drag on economic growth.
…… China’s inventory of unsold homes is equal, on a square-foot basis, to more than six Manhattans. The glut is a drag on the world’s No. 2 economy, which is poised to report its slowest annual growth in a quarter century.

上述數據只計入未售出的成屋，惟未完工的房屋並未包括在內，例如：不負責任的樓建商已陷於無資力，而根本完工不了者、以及貸款繳不出只能等待法拍者，亦或是投資客看衰未來房價準備落跑而丟給銀行等者。
之前就提過很多次，我自己在中國親眼見到的，即已不知有多少閒置的空樓，在一個接一個小區裡，晚上一盞燈都沒有，以及還沒完工的樓房（但是看起來建築工班早已撤走）。

當然，中國不是沒有適宜人居的區域，更不會缺少好的樓盤。但是，霧霾瀰漫之處，還在拼命加碼蓋廣廈，政府或發展商的官方說法，或許已不是唯一的購屋參數。
